i am not orienting well in seasons so i'd say she looked absolutely stunning in the last few seasons when she developed properly

Here are a few that I missed

I think she looked her best during seasons 1 to 6 when she used a lighter shade of blonde. In 7 she was so-so and I didn't like her look during the 8, 9, 10, and the 11th season. I like her hair most during the first season (short, straight platinum blonde hair with a fringe), but her clothes during seasons 2-7 were hotter.

It seems that around age 22 she lost her youthful look and she started to look tired. I guess that's what happens when you grow up in Hollywood lol.
