This got a 3 from me, what's the deal with his new car? I thought he was supposed to have the same old Dodge for 30 years?! Is this a goof? Or did they ignore this in future references or are the fans supposed to come up with a different story in our minds?

4 points? No need for a story - A dodge alone is enough story

Yes, I might have been a bit harsh. I'm just lost about the goof-or-no-goof stuff with the Dodge.

I'm still wondering about this one.

Continuity is a sitcom's worst enemy.
However, this one did give me one of my all-time favourite Al quotes... "Hello, Snookums."

I agree with this, but around this time both Moye and Leavitt were on the show so you'd think they'd correct such a goof.

A 5 star episode and an instant classic for me.
Good soundtrack also! (The Beach Boys - i get around, King of the road, Fats Domino - I'm walking)
Very good acting from Ed, David, and Christina. Notice Christina's mother in one scene.
