Al Bundy Site - Forum

At an online Swedish auction, there's a script from Valentine's Day Massacre for sale, signed by David Faustino. You also get a COA signed by him, with a picture of him holding the script! It's really weird, it says "David Faustino Direct!", did he sell some stuff off a while back or something? I'd hate to hear if he's in need of money and selling off his precious MWC memorabilia

The price is a little high though, it's up to 150 dollars (100 Euros) and it's not a winning bid yet! So what do you think I should do?

Its funny you mention this but I've noticed on e-bay a lot of stuff that only he has signed. But I don't think he's short of money. In anycase just because he signed it does that mean it was his?

No, but the COA saying "This was my personal script from the show" pretty much does

Well then its just a matter of money. What's it going for? I'm not sure what I'd pay for that. $50 maybe.

It's a bit pricy - I paid about the same for a script with all signatures.
I think it could be DF himself - something strange that a star himself sells things, but why not.

Yeah, I've talked to the seller now and he says that he's been in contact with Faustino himself, and that he was very hesitate to sell anyscripts so it's lucky he got one and the reason for him selling it at such a high price. He also said that he couldn't exactly tell me how he got in touch with him, other than it was easy, but took long between replies. He's told others but they've used the info and taken advantage of it he says.

Anyways, he said that if the auction has no winners, I can have it for 200 dollars, or 140 Euro. Sorry but I'm not about to pay that much, I just can't.

I don't think I'm, as Bud called Al, "the cheapest man on the planet" but you could get a lot of cool Bundy stuff for 200 bucks.

I agree. I could complete my MWC comics collection for one thing.

150 big ones is a lot of pot - if you get my drift.
