Apparently, Ed O'neill finally got his black belt in GRACIE JIU-JITSU a few months ago, it took him 15 years to achieve. This site even has a picture of him with it:

That is great! Congrats to Ed!! I recall a program on cable about ten years ago that featured him and one of his instructors, Rorion Gracie demonstrating some
jiu-jitsu self defense. He really has good technique.

Cool...now I'm even bigger fan of him.I'm martial artist too...I've done karate other various stuff and some Bujinkan.Yeah Ed Rocks!
