And re: Kelly I tend to skew toward the later seasons since she was so young in the early ones. I don't think she's ever really looked "tired" though. Including now, 15+ years later.

I think he's referring to the bags under her eyes that became apparent in the later seasons.

Those bags under her eyes are genetic. You can see them throughout the series, but certainly more noticeable later on. There's an interview I can recall where she talks about how Preparation H is good for that sort of thing.

I never noticed bags, will have to look closer. I guess I just wasn't looking at her eyes. :/
