Alright, I got some more work done. And I hope it's not against the rules of this forum to say that I'm going to be uploading these to CafePress. Please feel free to chastise me and remove the reference if it is.
So I worked on the New Market Mall logo and lettering a bit, not sure if I made it better or worse.
I also put together a pretty faithful recreation of the early New Market Mallers jersey logo, but I plan on also making the later jersey logo as well.

Lastly I made the Gary's Shoes Logo that's on the glass of the shoe store.
Still working on Bundyland, but I hope to get it done in the next couple of days, as well as another sort of original parody image of our anti-hero. You'll just have to wait and see what it is.

Alright, I got this one just about done, still needs some tweaking, as I'm not completely happy with it (I never am). But it's just about there. As always, comments, suggestions, and constructive criticisms, are always welcome. Hope all you folks like it!

Nice work!! You could make t-shirts!
You could also make an alternative version of the New Market Mallers shirt -- where the 'N' in Al's shirt is backwards.

Hah! Wasn't sure if you'd take that seriously or not. Love it!

Re: MWC Art/Parody Pieces
there's a person doing something pretty unique on blogspot with kelly bundy scenes.
http://kellybundy2.blogspot.com/
basically what they're doing is using multiple frames, likely from scenes where the characters are moving across the set, and stretching out the backgrounds of tv episodes to create a more panoramic view. i'be done some work with similar projects and this is pretty painstaking but it's interesting to be able to see wide angle views of the set that were originally shot for the standard 4:3 tv format. just thought it was worth sharing.

Reminds me of a dream I had where MWC was remastered for a widescreen (HD) Bluray release. What a dream that was.esthermoffit wrote:it's interesting to be able to see wide angle views of the set that were originally shot for the standard 4:3 tv format. just thought it was worth sharing.
