There is a scene where Al is on the couch, and he's hearing something that is really bother/disgusting him. I don't recall exactly what it was (I think possibly Marcy and someone else were having a conversation on either side of him), and the camera slowly zooms in on his face as it gets more contorted and he winces in pain. This was a VERY slow zoom in, possibly 20 seconds or more.
If I had to guess, I THINK it's one of the later seasons? Almost definitely Jefferson-era.

Hmmm....this wasn't the one I was thinking of. The only thing notable about the episode I have in mind was how SLOW the zoom-in on Al's face was. It was seriously 20-30 seconds of Al's face just contorting.
I THINK it was later than the "She's having my baby" episode (Season 6)....it's probably season 8 or later. I really wish I had more information about the episode; I'm still trying to find it myself.
