to read the boards you can use babel fish, just open a new browser window or tab (open explorer again, or for new exploers and fire fox you can just open a new tab). go to babelfish in one window/tab http://babelfish.altavista.digital.com/babelfish/tr and the german boards in the other. http://www.albundy.net/php/phpBB2/viewforum.php?f=7 . now you have two ways, you can either left click/hold and move the cursor over the text you want translated then go to the babel window and right click in the "translate block of text window", then click on the drop down "select to and from " menu and select german to english then hit the translate key. to post in german you type your post into the text block window, select english to german highlight the translation, copy, and paste it into your reply.
the otherway is to go to the german board, left click/hold in the address/url bar to copy the web address and paste it into the "translate web page" area, select german to english, and click the lower translate button. this will automatically translate any page you go to on the site to read it, you dont have to redo every page one at a time. just use it as you normally would to read the board. but there is a catch a big one. (or two.
you cant reply in the web page translation, you'll get an error. remember babel is actually reading the page and translating it for you, it's in guest mode, you aren't singned in. you'll have to use the non babel window and the text block translation to post. the other bad thing is it translates the english text to german then back to english. if you think it is hard to follow just from english to german wait until you see english to german and back, but hey for free it's still worth the price we paid.
