MWC ENIGMAS

I know that on sitcoms we have to accept some inconsistencies, but I thought it would be fun to have a thread where we share some we've observed on MWC. I can think of quite a few but I don't want to monopolize, so I'll just start us off with one. I hope this thread picks up some steam.

How is it Peg was born and raised in Wanker County, WI and yet she went to Polk High with Al in Chicago, IL?

Yep, that riddle occured to me too.
I would suggest that it was some governmental program, since the desperate state of genetic uniformity in that county was known far and wide.
Or the Russians smuggled her to Chicago, as they were afraid of Al's warrior potential.

Lots of these on Bundyology:

I guess Peg wanted to go to high school in a city... another city? Maybe they don't sell bonbons in Wanker.

Another riddle is that Bud and Kelly are too young when the series starts in the 1980s, since it as assumed that the Bundy
marriage took place because Kelly was on the way and occasional pictures of the contemporary U.S. president in some
episodes prove that the series takes place in the presence and is not about
events a few years earlier.

Yes, same thing with the age of the Dodge. It's a 1971 model according to the Turning Japanese episode but in Requim for a Chevyweight Al has it in high school, though we all know Al was a senior in 1966...

And Kelly was conceived then... which doesn't make sense at all. About 6 years too early! :)

Here's another one like that...in Foreign Exchange you get the impression that Steve and Marcy met in high school, but in Have You Driven a Ford Lately Steve is said to have had a Mustang in college but Steve's passion for muscle cars is news to Marcy????

Do the Rhodes/D'Arcys live across the street as in The House That Peg Lost or next door/behind the Bundys as in most episodes?
