Peggys Bonbons

Ich bild mir zwar ein, das schon mal hier irgendwo gelesen zu haben, bin aber per Suchfunktion nicht fündig geworden. :wink:

Also im Original meint "Bon Bons!" nicht ganz das, was wir drunter verstehen. Die englische Wikipedia sagt:
A Bon Bon is the brand name for a small ball of ice cream, roughly the size of a cherry, coated in chocolate. Sold in cardboard buckets, they have become rare today, but are still seen as a frequent snack of Peg Bundy on reruns of Married... with Children.
Na ein Glück, dass da das synchronisieren leicht ging, ohne dass der Sinn komplett stiften gehen mußte... :D

In German a "Bonbon" is a sweet candy.
There is also the word "Bonbonniere" which means a cardbox full of sweets (or the container itself is called this way).
