God this is a classic episode, I had it on tape back before the DVD's and it was one of my absolute favorites. The fat jokes just keeps coming throughout the episode and we get some classic ones through flashbacks of past episodes. A definite 5 for me, the first one so far in this season. I'm surprised someone disliked it so much and gave it one star.

Of course! Several past fat ladies made an appearance in that episode. Nice touch.

I saw this episode (and most of this season) long before I ever saw season one, so the flashbacks were a real treat.

Yes! I always wonder if the large ladies didn't find it shaming, to play such roles in a sitcom.
But, they always had to make fun of Al, so maybe they get even.
