Historical episode, I gave it a 4. Didn't think Al had it in him (the 3 hour love-making at the end!) :)

`Married': Top showing may mean ratings bliss
Author: Patty Rhule
Date: Aug 29, 1989

Abstract (Document Summary)

An episode of Married that was taped last season but never aired doesn't look like it'll air any time soon, says Fox spokesman Brad Turrell. In the episode, Peg and Al Bundy go to a hotel to revive their sex life and are given an X-rated tape to watch. The tape shows their neighbors, Steve and Marcy, having sex. ``It's being discussed, but at this point, the decision was not to air it,'' Turrell says. ``It's not one of the best episodes of Married ... With Children.'' Though he didn't want to get into details about Fox's sticking points with the episode, Turrell says, ``It's not a vulgar episode by any stretch of the imagination. (But) we at this point are not ready to air it.'' CUTLINE:TWOSOME: Ed O'Neill and Katey Sagal of `Married'.

What a lame and stupid thing to add to the fact that they never aired it: "It's not one of the best episodes of Married... With Children."

What difference does that make?! As if that has anything to do with it.

4 stars from me, even if it is the "lost" episode. Hell, i in germany found out that it was the lost episode with the release of the "Best of Bundy DVD Box" in 2001 (?) - didn't know anything about that it was "lost" before. Here, in germany, it was in the usual broadcast.

Shocking yesterday, but not today :)
